Ebay Scammers

My thanks go out to Emma D*te (emmad*te@yahoo.co.uk) ebay: em*yd*10 and her scamming boyfriend Joe.

This pair of wannabe scammers purchased my Meade AP909 on my auction with a buy-it-now, didn't pay for a week and then after receiving the item and leaving positive feedback emailed me saying it had 'fallen' off their 'scope and the case had broken and therefore wanted a £25 partial refund.

After refusing - they raised a paypal dispute for a partial refund (WTF!). Paypal correctly ruled that a full refund should be given if they return the 909.

Funnily enough - they didn't return it or ever provide any proof that it had broken... damaged - yeah right... they just wanted to scam someone.
